@Mrs_MardyHardy @boohoo This is also happening to me. I even noticed they had selected gift card so I changed it, yet are still telling me I selected gift card and cannot change it. Absolute con- I will be cancelling my account!!!

@boohoo what are you doing? Defaulting my refund to ‘gift card’ & not telling me. Advising me that i CHOSE this method of refund. No i didn’t? You know i didn’t. You are literally gaslighting me!!!! How are you getting away with this, it’s disgusting. You are stealing from me!!!

#boohoo are scammers. Stealing from people. Giving refund by gift card when not requested. This is against consumer rights. I want my refund. So do many others!! They must be going bankrupt? Do not order from them!!! #boohooscam

DO NOT ORDER FROM BOOHOO. I don’t know what’s happening w/them, they gave me refund of £70 by giftcard, told me i chose this method (i didn’t) then wont do anything about it! I looked into it there are SO MANY complaints the same as mine!! THEY ARE STEALING! #boohoo #scam

Good old @boohoo all of a sudden everything is refunded onto a gift cards despite choosing original payment methods when doing the return, seems to of defaulted back to gift cards and now we have over 200 pound In vouchers we won’t use and the what’s app chat is useless
