You can’t have it both ways. You can’t claim on the one hand that Trump is some world-historical figure who alone demonstrated a grasp of the challenges of our time and then claim he was tricked into a disastrous war by the leader of a country of 10m and a sycophantic senator.
RedWave Press@RedWavePress

Megyn Kelly on the Iran War: “As this thing goes south, we need to know exactly who talked [President Trump] into it and what representations were made to convince the president that this was a good idea. Who? Who specifically? The names we know are Bibi Netanyahu first and foremost. Lindsey Graham, equally to blame. We know from the Wall Street Journal report that Mark Thiessen of Fox News and General Jack Keane were major advocates of the war. Ok, I like those guys, but they appear to have been very wrong that this was a good idea.” “And we could keep going. Mark Levin, chief among them. He says now, ‘Oh, it wasn’t me.’ Every night, every night on Fox News out there urging the president to do this. And then he had a meeting with him in June, where we know, he denies it now, we know he pushed him for this.” “Ben Shapiro was out on his show every day pushing this war. Like, there were very prominent activists on the right who were practically frothing at the mouth for this thing. And now that it’s not only going poorly, but the president’s poll numbers are in a precipitous freefall, we’d love to see some accountability. Who? Who promised him what?”

Long after @realDonaldTrump is gone, this and future generations will be paying a terrible price for his war on science and discovery. That, and not his name on buildings or ballrooms or currency, will be a big part of his legacy, and the cost of it in terms of lives and safety and lost discovery will be profound. nytimes.com/2026/03/25/cli…

In Texas we are running out of water, our hospitals are closing, you can’t get your medicine, we are a leader in child hunger. 30 years of GOP rule, giveaways to out of state billionaires and international corporations. We need a change
Texas Tribune@TexasTribune

Sixty percent of Texas counties did not have a pharmacy in 2023. In 2025, more than 4.3 million Texans lived in pharmacy deserts, meaning they must travel farther to reach a pharmacy than a supermarket. bit.ly/4bU2iuJ

“There was a bald eagle in my backyard yesterday - I took it as a sign. As a nation (and much of the world beyond it) gathered in protest on a chilly day at the end of March, Donald Trump woke up in his Palm Beach mansion and thought about playing golf and how much more money he could make from the Iran war. And how successful he has been over the last month in distracting the news media from his role in Jeffrey Epstein’s sex trafficking operation. Trump didn’t think about the dangers we face as a nation, the dysfunction and disaster at our airports or the lives lost in the Middle East. As has been the case every day of his self-centered and destructive life, he woke up and thought about himself and his own financial interests. Then he presumably shuffled down to the omelette bar in his usual Benzoed stupor and began the circus of self-aggrandizement, substance abuse and geriatric coddling our mad king so desperately craves and requires to function, aka ‘Executive Time’. This was after speaking at a Saudi Investment Forum in Miami on Friday afternoon; undoubtably some of the wealthy tycoons in attendance (along with Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff) were also at the MAGA, Inc. fundraiser Trump hosted at Mar-a-Lago on Saturday night. He hosts these dinners most weekends now, as there is no limit to his grifting and abuse of the office of the presidency to fill his own coffers. As if it wasn’t bad enough (or as on the nose as it gets - as to whom his administration is really serving, POTUS seems to allocate more of his schedule to Saudi royals, and representatives of its Public Investment Fund, than hours in the Oval Office) that he spends millions of taxpayer dollars to enjoy three day weekends without interruption, Trump uses these golf vacations as a way to further fleece both the American economy and the world at large.”open.substack.com/pub/noelcasler…

🚨 Washington Post: The US is preparing for a potential ground invasion of Iran lasting up to two months. Special Operations forces. Conventional infantry. Thousands of soldiers already arriving. Kharg Island — which handles 90% of Iran’s oil exports — is on the target list. Coastal raids near the Strait of Hormuz. This is not a limited operation anymore. This is a land war in the Middle East. The same war that: — Was launched on a feeling — Had no nuclear threat per 18 intelligence agencies — Has killed 14 Americans — Cost $21 billion in one month — Has zero allied warships — Prompted 8 million Americans into the streets Trump told us to watch Mark Levin. Levin said we need boots on the ground to seize uranium. Washington Post just confirmed the plan exists.

Funny how as times get tougher the Republicans are calling for working people to sacrifice meals and trips to Starbucks while cutting food benefits, healthcare, and public education but not asking for the rich to skip luxury vacations, yachts, and 5th homes while giving them more tax breaks. It’s almost like they are diverting our attention while looting our government.

Trump just posted a letter from Franklin Graham assuring him that says "you commented to the media that you might not be heaven bound. Maybe you responded in jest, but it is an important issue to know for certain that your soul is secure and will spend eternity in the presence of God."

This is absolutely infuriating and completely idiotic. An estimated 95,000 scientists and researchers have left federal agencies since Trump returned to the White House. These are the people tracking hurricanes, studying pediatric cancer, and modeling the climate tipping points that determine whether we can still prevent catastrophe. We lost them because this administration defunded their work, shuttered their offices, and made clear that finding out the truth is no longer a government priority. NASA’s own administrator just said studying climate change isn’t part of NASA’s mission. The agency that first warned Congress about global warming in 1988 now treats that work as a distraction. Meanwhile, China and Europe are recruiting our scientists, funding their labs, and making long-term bets on the industries of the future while we gut the research infrastructure that took generations to build. We are surrendering global scientific leadership voluntarily, deliberately, and one resignation letter at a time. nytimes.com/2026/03/25/cli…
