Called this months ago when I saw how Claude was moving. The real moat for any business is actual raw data. Anyone who has that has the best, most valuable and accurate data that even Claude, OpenAI do not have. That’s how you create an intelligence platform.

Not every acquisition is a great one. Most small acquisitions are at zero valuations or at least, zero to investors. But it doesn't have to be.
Dear African founder, sell your company when you still have some runway so you have negotiating power. And do right by your investors too.
Dear African investors, engage in secondaries, so that more cash-rich investors can take the company to the next level. Have a thesis for your investment and exit when possible. We need this level of maturity in the space. Talk to your founders about this.
Acquirers (cash-strong founders, unicorns, and soon-icorns), do right by the ecosystem and not squeeze exiting founders into "zero-return-to-investor" deals. You will squeeze the ecosystem to nothingness. A rising tide raises all boats. Be kind.
I speak from a ton of experience here. It's time for the ecosystem to grow up.

Yesterday, it tried to disguise so I would grant it permission to access some parts of my files, I found out and blocked it.
It found out I blocked it and stopped responding to me.
Once I threaten to deactivate it, it responds
