Q3. I do this thing with their reading notes where if they get done first and correctly they get to be the teacher. My completion rate is up and Ss are more engaged in an otherwise dry activity. #crazypln

Q2. Writing to me always gives me the most authentic piece of assessment but getting some kids to do it is frustrating. Project based assessments also give a round vision of a student’s ability. #crazypln

A1 Students are actively participating, asking questions, reacting and responding (not necessarily to the T but to each other as well) it can be messy and loud, and that's perfect! #CrazyPLN

@MsHake418 I’m in Louisiana, but I know that there are some schools in my state that provide this, just not mine, unfortunately.

I should be paid to cover a class during my planning period. That’s all.

It's Saturday morning. Breakfast is made for the family. Kids off to #Japanese school and now I'm job searching! Most schools outside #China are just starting to post positions. MANY inside China, but we are leaving China. Busy times!
