It's worth noting that we ban consensual acts - selling cocaine - all the time, because they have associated negative externalities.
I see no reason at all we could not do the same with - for example - urinating or defecating into a pregnant woman's mouth during her baby shower and filming it. Spreads disease, likely causes contempt for women, etc.

My Pardon went back to 2014 because that was the scope of the tax investigation I was indicted for. Failing to pay my taxes on time, which I paid in full with penalties and interest in 2021 two years before they charged me. I had no “business deals” in Ukraine. My take, she is choosing obesity and victimhood. Being a victim is so deeply ingrained in her personality she can't possibly take steps that would prove it's all her fault.
