I am so grateful for and inspired by the work @jbaker00 is doing in @LongbeachUSD.  The leadership pipelines she’s built in Long Beach are another demonstration that these intentional systems of support for leaders produce results including filling 100% of principal vacancies from the program.    When recruitment, development, and promotion programs are comprehensive and bias-free, more women and educators of color advance in their careers to the benefit of the entire system. Aggregated over years, that’s something powerful and transformative for a district.     Thank you @jbaker000 for your partnership, for your example to all of us, and for your dedication to advancing #WomenLeadingEd.
