The more I watch this trial, I expected the case to get better for the state. I expected to believe she killed him but thought it would be hard to prove it. The opposite is true. At least at this point, I don’t even think she did it at all. I think she was just a bad wife that was scared to be caught for her and him doing pills and her having an affair. She’s a narcissist that was worried about how people perceived her and wanted to look like an upstanding, successful person. But none of this Google stuff makes me think she killed him. All of the evidence comes from his family saying stuff and they clearly hated her. It wasn’t a good relationship. Maybe they had good reason to hate her. But to say she tried killing him twice before? From what I understand he got sick on vacation in 2019 and was fine. Then he got sick after eating a sandwich and took a nap and then went and coached a game. Sounds like a nothing burger. All of her Google searches were after he died and normal for someone worried they would find out she was having an affair or that she was buying illegal pain pills. Pretty scary if you can be convicted of murder simply because you’re a cheater and bad wife. Again, AT THIS POINT, it’s my opinion that he took a pain pill that he either knew was fentanyl or was laced with fentanyl. Tragic OD. Marriage probably was over anyway but this happened before it ended. The end. Not guilty. #kouririchins#KouriRichinsTrial
@Bederowlaw I don’t think they should have included the “unsubstantiated, anonymous tip-line tips” . Anyone could call in and say anything anonymously. Some people are being accused of “being in the files” based solely on their name being mentioned in one of these tips. Doesn’t feel fair
regarding the so-called "Epstein files." It is still America and you cannot assume that merely being named in emails or communications or being the subject of a report to an FBI agent without more is credible proof of anything. FBI agents document what people tell them in "302" reports. It doesn't mean the agent credits or discredits what he/she is being told. There are many bad people who must be brought to justice and some of them are certainly named in these documents. But accusing someone of being a sexual predator based on an uncorroborated report or hearsay in an email between others is unwise. Be discerning. Credibility matters!
This isn't a surprise to anyone who has been watching closely as his fundraising essentially shut down and he became a hermit to avoid scathing criticism related to his dysfunctional office. This is great news for the citizens of Norfolk County. apple.news/AM4VdQRKqSUyP2…
@LibOrNormal Calm down Nancy. The dude had just been hit by a 6k lb SUV…. And apparently the same dude was drug under a car for 50 feet last year. She had a deadly weapon and was using it. He responded in kind.
The resilience, compassion, and contributions of Muslim communities help make our state stronger.
Tonight landmarks across the state are lit green as New York celebrates Muslim American Heritage Month.
Stranger Things finale: like the entire 5th season, not good! Same problems with horrible writing, dialogue and weak plot. What a disappointment! That show fell hard past 2 seasons
I loved Home Ec. I learned SO much. How to budget a grocery list paired with a planned menu. How to make a household budget. How to fill out tax forms. Tons of super easy things to cook. How to sew and use a sewing machine. How to design and create my own clothes. (I took it starting in 5th grade and ending in 10th)
Does Home Economics still exist ANYWHERE?
"Did anyone ever actually take home ec class?"
"I used to see it all the time in movies and TV shows."
"I wanted to whip up some food at school!"
@DixieNormu95224 And somehow, according to her, it snowed enough to fill in where he was laying before the leaf blower search.. and miraculously JOK’s blood somehow got on TOP of th newly fallen snow. Physics apparently falls apart in Canton.
Good morning and congratulations to Kerry Roberts on last night’s interview, where the timeline officially achieved quantum physics status.
In one seamless story, Kerry managed to watch the ambulance leave
leave the scene And still somehow be holding all the phones everywhere at once
Truly inspiring work.
Just a small reminder for the rest of us trying to keep up
Kerry testified under oath that she picked up John’s phone which we know was at at 6:15, put it in her pocket, and gave it to a first responder before she left the scene around 6:40 meaning that phone had to go to Michael Lank or Sean Goode. She also testified that after watching the ambulance leave, she drove Karen to the hospital. Now she says she was on the phone with Karen’s mother while driving to the hospital and may have had John’s phone at the same time. Those things cannot all be true. If the call to Karen’s mother happened after 6:40, John’s phone was already handed to police. This isn’t opinion it’s time, possession, and sworn testimony colliding.
At that point, John’s phone was no longer in her possession by her own sworn testimony.
But hey why let sworn testimony and dash cam footage get in the way of a good Sunday morning remix?
No accusations here.
Just marveling at how the story gets clearer… by getting muddier every time it’s retold.
☕️ Happy Sunday. Keep the coffee strong and the timelines stronger.
Brian Walshe is a con artist. He has always been one. I am confident that the jury will see right through his shenanigans. Especially with all of the evidence they have stacked against him. Ana Walshe was too good for Brian and he knew it. He lost his shit when he found out she was seeing somebody else and that is when her life ended. Period. Pic- AP News #AnaWalsheCase
