@XfinitySupport hello. My service keeps going in and out. They keep saying there is an outage. But the service will come in for like a hour then go back out. My tv is just saying welcome and the modem flashes yellow then green then back to yellow

@XfinitySupport Is there any other way because calling the number or using the assistant is not getting my phone working. All the other phones on the account is working. Now ir says searching for service. It was working earlier what happened with the service

@HP hello. I have been trying to resolve a payment issue for a couple of months now. It seems that the debit card that I used to sign up for he hp all in plan is now not accepted. Why is it now not accepted? Now my payments are behind. Yet no one can explain why?
