@SamfordEd never stops giving me opportunities to expand my knowledge. Today we began our new placement, and I am already encouraged. Even though it is a new situation, it was a great reminder that I’m on the correct path. Eager for this next step on my journey to continue!
This week our PLC discussed the importance of being culturally responsive. One takeaway we have is that it is our responsibility, to make sure all students are represented and cared for equally. We came up with this acrostic to remind us what it means to be culturally responsive.
As a PLC we have been learning about how to be culturally responsive. I think it’s extremely important to remember that no two people in this world ever have the same perspective, why should be not include those perspectives? @DrLizi
