@losthopelessly That's Ola. They charge per ride. Uber has a subscription model apparently. You recharge and as long as your recharge is on, you can take any number of rides.

The Uber auto drivers in Pune protested for their right to charge as per meter. In last 5 days I used uber auto 10 times. Only one time the meter charge was more than what uber app. Rest of the times uber charges were more by 30% One auto driver even felt cheated by protests 🤣
