Yes, exactly what happened. So, Terry contacted me and asked me not to print the rest of the article, in fact, looks like he is going to be a witness for Tyler in trial. If you recall, in that interview, he said Tyler never spoke about Charlie Kirk which is why he was so surprised, that is exactly what Lance said. Their biggest talking point was reported before the hearing. So, I am honoring his request, for now. He has until end of month to provide me letter showing he will be a witness. Otherwise, the rest goes up. I never burn bridges, I think it is unwise to do that.

I had arranged an interview with a member of the Robinson family to discuss Tyler. It was the whole reason I was going to Utah in the first place. Based on that, I place very little weight on anonymous claims that someone is speaking on behalf of the Robinson family unless those claims can be independently verified. As I have stated previously, I believe the Armed Queers of Salt Lake City (AQSLC) may have had some involvement in the murder of Charlie Kirk. When I contacted the FBI seeking information, I received the standard response: "We do not comment on ongoing investigations." That response neither confirms nor disproves any particular theory. It is also worth noting that AQSLC has described itself as ANTIFA in Utah, and reports indicate that the engravings found on Tyler's ammunition referenced ANTIFA-related slogans or messaging. Additionally, I have spoken with several individuals who independently claimed they saw social media posts predicting that something was going to happen to Charlie Kirk before the murder. Three different people told me they reported what they saw to the FBI. I have not independently verified those claims, but if they are accurate, they could represent a significant lead and would, in my opinion, be a major story. I also am headed back to Utah to meet a member of the Armed Queers of Salt Lake City who claims they can shed light on the reason AQSLC deleted their instagram, about their trip to Cuba, and they did tell me that the FBI is currently investigating them. I've seen some misinformation circling about Lance's DNA being found on Tyler's rifle. It wasn't. Tyler's dad's was, though. Lance's DNA was only on the Dremel buttons and possibly the screwdriver and towel, all of which were common household items. Pertinent testimony:

Did the defense not produce a receipt or witness to show Tyler allegedly paid for the meal at closing, around around 10 o’clock, in order to prove he could not have gotten to Orem by 11 o’clock? Why would the defense not do that if what this alleged waiter is saying is true?
