The first real report to council to investigate the possibility of insourcing came from the administration I run, that’s a fact which can be verified by minutes and council documents.

With my roots in Tshwane, and being the mayor of @CityofJoburgZA in 2016 to 2019, I couldn’t understand why people from the townships in Tshwane were asking me questionable issues about my party’s mayor in their municipality. They couldn’t understand his close proximity to ANC leaders outside work.

For years, people of Gauteng have endured power cuts, water outages, broken streetlights, dysfunctional traffic lights, and endless potholes without any care from Premier Panyaza Lesufi and his team. Now, with the G20, there is a sudden rush to deliver services. The question is: Will the “service delivery” continue after the G20 Summit? 👀🤨

No 1 is a tourist here as u putting it & I think it’s very disingenuous of u to want to blame the DA for years of mismanagement & corruption. The DA is out there doing fact finding so that we can influence budgets going forward.
