I don't think David Jaffe understood the culture war until the day it happened to HIS game. We were never against women in games. We were against flipping entire IPs to force women into major franchises, and making everything fem coded in what were male focused IPs. For years he called us chuds and incels for pushing against the destruction of our beloved games. Now it's happening to his own creation and maybe, just maybe, he finally sees it.
