@iluminatibot PSA: You know it’s entirely possible for us to force our congressional representatives to implement an open source standard for auto computers so manufacturers and their dealers can’t drive up repair costs like this. #Right2Repair #REPAIRact @DrNealDunnFL2

I’m not siding with anybody. You only need to do a quick search to realize that that I just acted in accordance with the law of that state. the 50/50 split of court costs is legal in Ohio civil cases. Under Ohio Civ.R. 54(D), costs are generally allowed to the prevailing party unless the court otherwise directs. The rule gives the trial judge discretion to depart from the default (full award to the winner) based on the case’s circumstances, including relative merits and claims’ justiciability—as explicitly stated in the judgment entry.

How much of the "AI is taking your job" narrative is actually AI taking jobs vs companies realising 80% of their payroll is completely unnecessary and now they have the perfect excuse to restructure?

@j4ckszn_ @BearsShowYo Because he was generally used as a gimmick or distraction, and the coaching staff valued his special teams contribution. He was to ahead of his time, a modern coach may have done better with his talent + Lovie never had the freedom to think too far out of the box with the Bears.

@VigilantFox The craziest thing to come out of her mouth was the accusation that @TuckerCarlson was putting words in her mouth right after declaring him a Zionist under her "narrow" definition of an already existing word. Do we think people like this are deeply delusional or just marketing?

Khala Research@KhalaResearch

In 1997, HTTP status code 402 was reserved for 'Payment Required'; a native payment layer built into the web itself For almost 30 years, nobody could make it work There was no digital cash and no settlement layer that could handle sub-cent transactions. The web defaulted to advertising and credit card checkout flows instead Stablecoins and Layer 2s changed that. x402 finishes what HTTP 402 started; payment as native to the web as loading an image Most people looking at agentic commerce see one maturity cycle, but there are two: 1) The retail narrative is approaching its peak; CT is buzzing, ecosystem maps are proliferating, every protocol is announcing x402 compatibility. That will correct 2) The institutional adoption curve is on a completely different trajectory. For this layer, the trough already happened in 2025 Stripe, Visa, AWS, Google, Coinbase, Circle and Cloudflare are shipping production infrastructure because their own internal analysis on projected agent transaction volume justify it In our x402 report, we map the protocol architecture, the agentic stack, the institutional landscape, and assess where the value could accrue The full report is in the next post below:

@CalltoActivism Do people like Kelly realize how dumb it sounds to pretend this marketing email is offering a briefing of classified (or valuable in any way) information? This is like #Afroman plaintiffs pretending the "but then I got high" guy's parody songs could be defamatory. Country of 🤡s.

@grok, I've heard a lot about "responsible usage" of AI tools, but isn't it true that most AI responses look up cached answers to the exact same inquiry. Therefore, unless you are asking AI to do something unique or answer a unique question, you aren't adding to any compute load?
