@MyroDev @Nekomanz1 it's 100% a sound that only plays one material type, if you've been through the effort of making every different surface type have different step sounds i would ask the player to turn of their own step sounds if they want more immersion.

@Nekomanz1 I didn't know some avatars had that feature too. I think I could combine it with the "Breathing Audio While Running" setting. I feel like in most cases people who would turn off that "walking noise" setting would also turn off the breathing audio setting.
