The destroyed building is a primary school for girls in the south of Iran. It was bombed in broad daylight, when packed with young pupils.
Dozens of innocent children have been murdered at this site alone.
These crimes against the Iranian People will not go unanswered.

In 2015, when I was working as an Associate Professor at KEM Hospital in Parel, I observed that three employees from the office and OPD area were referring patients from KEM Hospital to Balaji Hospital (Byculla)for some financial gains , telling them that treatment would be better in a private hospital. I wrote a complaint about this to the Head of the Department. The very next day, one of them filed a complaint of atrocity against me. Actually, at that time, I did not know their caste also . Then i came to know about consequences of Atrocity act
I told that clerk, "Please withdraw the complaint; I will not interfere in your patient shunting work anymore."
After that, the matter was resolved.
2-3 months later, I took transferred to Sion Hospital (out of fear that something similar could happen again in the future). Now I have left MCGM, but I have heard that all three of them are doing very well .

Iran has ~99% female youth literacy.
Women form over half of university students and a large share of STEM graduates, including medicine, engineering, & basic sciences.
By erasing this, Malala unintentionally echoes a familiar trope: brown women needing rescue.
Iranian women don’t lack dignity or awareness.
When you talk about 'letting Iranians decide their future,' start by acknowledging their intellectual agency and achievements, not flattening them into symbols for NGO speeches.
Bombing Iran into stone-age is not going to empower Iranian Women, reduce poverty, or bring meaningful transition to democracy. The imminent US bombing of Iran is only going to promote complete lawlessness & anarchy.
Never a fan of Malala, but this tweet is pure hypocrisy and appears to be paid promotion fr the US govt. It seems everybody has a price tag.

The protests in Iran cannot be separated from the long-standing, state-imposed restrictions on girls’ and women’s autonomy, in all aspects of public life including education. Iranian girls, like girls everywhere, demand a life with dignity. The people of Iran have long warned about this repression, at great personal risk, and their voices have been silenced for decades. These restrictions exist within a wider system of gendered control shaped by segregation, surveillance, and punishment — one that limits freedom, choice, and safety far beyond the classroom. They demand their voices be heard and the right to determine their political future. That future must be driven by the Iranian people, and include the leadership of Iranian women and girls — not external forces or oppressive regimes. I stand with the people and girls of Iran in their call for freedom and dignity. They deserve to determine their own future.

We condemn in the strongest possible terms the shooting and killing of a woman in Minneapolis by a federal agent during immigration enforcement operations today. The Trump administration has taken the life of yet another person through the unnecessary use of lethal force - driven by its cruel, anti-immigrant agenda - and again blatantly lied about the circumstances. The growing presence of ICE, along with militarized crackdowns on protests we have witnessed in recent months, have violated the right to freedom of expression and made our communities unsafe, harming all of us. This killing, as well as all ICE-related custodial deaths, must be thoroughly investigated and those responsible for abuses held accountable. More broadly, the attack on our communities by the Trump administration must stop now.
