All said and done, Chief Minister @mkstalin has conducted his role with dignity & modesty. The total rout of @arivalayam was in my view because of the archaic & combative discourse of the DMK which was out of sync with the bulk of aspirational young voters who saw in Vijay an inspiring icon promising a new governing vision free of the trappings of rhetoric. Yet CM Stalin has been a great leader, focusing on rapid development & the rise of business in our investment hungry State. He was let down by his jaded political approach , emphasising issues that had no real meaning for the youth impatient for change.
