I would wager this necklace was already broken and in review of the audio and video, Charlie had already been struck. The necklace was broken by the force of the shockwave at mach speed and slung into a motion causing a coil like pattern that can be seen immediately within a frame under the back of this shirt and in later frames you see the causation of said coil by the slinging motion that happens that causes all the shirt movement.

Multiple witnesses look into the middle of the courtyard. There was a UVU police man in plain clothes on the balcony. Given this, Why would he not turn and look at the Losee if that indeed were where the shot came from? Where is the rifle? Why is there nothing to show a shot came from the Losee roof?

Whatever happened on September 10, 2025, should be resolved by evidence that can withstand scrutiny — not sealed filings and forensic gaps papered over with political pressure. /end
