Hugely disappointing for @MayoGAA (& all of us with a love for the GAA) with the news that Kobe McDonald is off to the AFL 🫤 - another blow, with Oisin Mullin already gone.
Not sure what the solution is, hard to deny a lad heading off.

Is í an Ghaeilge an chéad teanga in Éirinn. Ba chóir go mbeadh an tUachtarán in ann teanga na hÉireann a labhairt.
France would never elect a president who can’t speak French. Why should Ireland settle for a president who can’t speak Irish?
The Irish Aviation Authority didn’t follow proper procedures when it hired Fianna Fáil presidential candidate Jim Gavin as chief operating officer, according to a confidential letter from a whistleblower to then taoiseach Leo Varadkar.

@yao_ahiable Interrogation rooms? What do you think is the worst question she's been asked? Tennis pressers are literally the softest in sport. Worst I've seen her asked is about struggles on clay. The horror. Like Guantanamo!
Wsh Naomi Osaka well with but if any of us are offered a job, we accept on basis of being able to do it. Part of French Open job is press for obvious reason as helps profile and brings in cash that made her rich. If you can't do the job, don't take it and then complain about it.
@johnbradysf For a TD you're painfully unaware of your own party's structures, e.g. its leadership election process, whereby each cumann sends a number of delegates to the ardfheis to cast a vote on its behalf. That is not "1 man/woman = 1 vote", you're making stuff up.
So 51 people have a 50% say in Fine Gaels decision to enter government, whilst their 255 Cllrs have a 15% say.Ordinary members have no vote. They say they have an issue with Sinn Fein’s structures🥴 At least we believe in the bedrock of the democratic process, 1 man/woman =1 vote
@oconnellhugh That's because he wouldn't even have the heart to hand out 10,000 food packages. See that 10,000 figure that's the number of homeless people in the republic of Ireland (actually a bit more than that) homeless charities had to help them, nothing from government
Taoiseach Leo Varadkar says he would be "ashamed" to be "boasting" about handing out food parcels like he claims Sinn Féin is doing in the North.
Here's what he is referring to:
