@AmericanAir we are stranded at OGG after our flight was cancelled. Instead of getting us home, the only offer was an airport an hour or two away from home. Thanks for ruining our vacation and stranding us.

.@AmericanAir flight #116 from OGG to DFW has been a nightmare. 6 hours after our departure time and we’re now standing in a huge line to check-in with hotel vouchers. Hotel is not prepared at all for us and we have completely overwhelmed them. Not their fault. Not impressed #AA.

@AmericanAir do you know how long it takes to hear back about flight delay claim reports a passenger places? It’s been about 2 ish weeks and I have not heard anything. I was wondering who I can follow up with. . .

Twice this year I've flown from DFW to Buffalo starting with the first flight out @AmericanAir . Both times flight was delayed/canceled because maintenance had to find a part. WTH did you do with the plane overnight?!

Guess what! Now this flight is delayed due to plane maintenance - @AmericanAir take care of your shitty planes

@AmericanAir hey why would your airline move a captain to a different flight and not give us a new captain until last second after delaying the flight and causing over half the passengers to have to rebook their connections on a holiday weekend

@AmericanAir Still waiting for a response regarding the attendant on flight 3106 to Chicago on June 24. She looked up my personal information and started targeting me on social media post-flight. No response from customer service in over a week.

@AmericanAir how is it possible that I’ve had five straight planes with mechanical problems at least this time we didn’t fly halfway to Rome and have to turn back. Going to miss my international connection now you guys cannot get your act together ever.

@AmericanAir Better off flying frontier/spirit, they own their failures with flight credits/ food vouchers. Our 7am flight was delayed until 1pm b/c they “gave” our plane to another flight leaving us with a broken plane. They refused refunds/food vouchers. WORST Experience EVER!

@AmericanAir AA you guys try my patience sometimes and I go overboard but I fly every weekend. No excuses. Your EP agents rerouted me with backup after backup so I can get home today. 2918 is boarding again. THANK YOU AND MY APOLOGIES FOR THE CHILDISH COMMENTS

@AmericanAir why don’t you provide any customer service to your passengers? Stranding them at the airport is inexcusable.

@AmericanAir I was put on hold for over an hour. This is after I was laughed at, quoted federal law and then screwed over by your company. Wow what customer service.

@AmericanAir we have now gone back to the gate for a second time. We have been on the plane for many hours without anything. We are beyond 4 hours delayed at this point. You must do better for your customers. Flight 3236 from Miami. Am now stuck on plane with no new information.

I’m an AA advantage member yet had to be stuck in the airport sleeping on an outside bench because @AmericanAir for more than 30 hrs cause “they delayed my flight. Third time! I fly frequent from Boston to Chile. Worst airline …. Do better AA this is the 3rd time you Fd me

We got a hot mess @DFWAirport and @AmericanAir with our flight from Vegas tonight. A @FlyFrontier employee had her luggage swiped from the overhead compartment, the flight is 1+ late missing our final leg home Stay tuned!

@AmericanAir delayed our flight and then delayed it another 6-plus hours overnight and they won't accommodate a hotel stay. Might miss my sister in law's wedding because of this.
