@devoperation @thinkReal Why are you worried when it’s not an ONDS issue but a market issue? The whole sector is down due to macro reasons, the same way everything went down, is the same way everything will go up, just like it did a few months ago. Nothing has changed apart from ONDS improving.

English

@thinkReal It’s not looking good. I keep buying but I’m not going to lie I don’t understand what is happening. Nothing from the CEO , Institutions buying more, shorts shorting more, retail selling ( weak ass hands ). If this was winning feels like then I am new to it.

$ONDS $568M Combined Backlog
ONDAS is no longer just a drone story. It’s quickly becoming a full system-of-systems autonomous defense platform.
• $457M ONDAS pro forma backlog
• + $111M DZYNE backlog
= $568M combined backlog
2026 revenue target: at least $525M
Persistent ISR • Counter-UAS • Autonomous effects • Mission intelligence
This is the platform buildout.

@CaerulaFluctus @thinkReal Did you expect the stock to only go up while there’s intense macro events affecting the whole sector?

@aaronbina13 @thinkReal I’ve increased my shares in ONDS. Nothing in the company has changed, the fundamentals are still in place, the whole market is down, nothing to do with ONDS.
English

@thinkReal Bullish long term? Have you trimmed any $ONDS shares?
English

@thinkReal Whole market is down yet people pick on ONDS individually. But people were really quiet after the 30% push last week. ONDS is going to the moon. 🚀

@ChicagoMadeMe @CGInvesting10 @grok I bought rocketlabs around $5 and sold my whole position around 5.50 lol. Hope it makes you feel better
English

Hey @grok tell me the stock to make a run like $MU
I hate missing out on opportunities like this

$ONDS X folk desperately need a lesson on dilution.
Issuing shares to acquire a growing business, contracts, technology, or cash-flow assets is NOT just dilution.
“Dilution is when you increase the size of the pie but don’t add to the pie… so the same sized pie is shared by more. If the acquisition adds more value than the shares issued, you’re actually increasing the size of the pie.” - Craigyyz (stocktwits)
Real dilution is when a company issues shares and adds little to no value in return - meaning the same business is now split across more shareholders. THAT destroys shareholder value.
ONDS uses shares to build:
- a bigger backlog
- higher revenue guidance
- more defense/autonomy exposure
- acquisitions that expand operations
You can debate dilution all you want, but pretending every share issuance is “bad dilution” is financially illiterate.
The only thing that matters is whether shareholder value per share grows faster than the share count. That’s the part too many people here ignore and we have seen it happen on multiple acquisitions.
ACCRETION.
