The Star Tribune just ran an over the top opinion piece on the Lowry closing because Minneapolis is a “dour, unappreciative city where few things are as despised as capitalism…”
But it turns out The Lowry closed because someone else was willing to pay more to lease that space.

And there it is, the Lowry is closing because they lost their lease to another restaurant, not because of the neighborhood, crime, or the city council.
