If it’s effective, do it all the time. Don’t artificially limit your athletes progress living in a scarcity mindset. We use: -BMT -DB Jumps -Lasered Sprints -Heavy Weights -Box Squats Year round because it’s most effective.

Spoke to a fellow Tongan who paid $4,000 to a recruiting service. I looked at his son's tape, shared his strengths, weaknesses, projected college position, & which schools to focus on. Asked him why didn't he reach out to me first & he said, "Pride.” Pride sure is expensive.

Recruits: If your HS coach is telling you to visit D2 and D3 schools, it’s not because they don’t believe in you, it’s because they want you to be able to find a home to play. If you are a JR with no offers going into the summer, the likelihood of a D1 school offering is slim
