You forgot Agincourt - you forgot Shakespeare - you forgot a space to celebrate the arts and intellect mixed with a stubbornn, pig-headedness to protect this isle at all costs, gallows humour and bawdiness, amidst sarcastic prose and superlative heavenly hyperbole. #ENGLAND 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

WHAT IT IS TO BE BRITISH? Being British isn’t something you adopt, claim, or purchase. It’s not multicultural enrichment or “shared values”. It’s an ancient inheritance – blood, soil, memory, and temperament – passed down through native British bloodlines. You are either born into it or you aren’t. FULL STOP. This is the proper British journey, the one our forefathers walked, the one still felt in the bones of those whose roots run deep in these islands: 1. Fish and chips Wrapped in yesterday’s paper, steaming hot from the chippy on a Friday night. Salt and vinegar sharp enough to cut through the sea air. Eaten with wooden forks on the harbour wall as the sun dips behind the pier. Simple. Ours. Unchanged for generations. 2. A proper pint Pulled in a pub that’s older than your granddad, real ale with a decent head, not the fizzy foreign nonsense. Sat in the same corner seat your dad sat in, your granddad before him. The barman knows your order before you open your mouth. That’s home. 3. Tea so strong you could stand the spoon up in it Brewed proper in a teapot, not some weak bag-in-a-mug insult. Milk in first (the correct way), two sugars, and a biscuit for dunking. The first cup of the day, the one after bad news, the one after good news. Tea isn’t a drink – it’s a ritual of British endurance. 4. Dry, cutting sarcasm The art of taking the piss without ever raising your voice. Calling a seasonal change “a bit damp”, a disaster “a spot of bother”, ourselves “us lot”. We mock our weather, our politicians, our teeth – but woe any outsider who joins in. It’s affection disguised as cruelty, and only we get to wield it. 5. Magna Carta Not some dusty document in a glass case – the living spine of English liberty. The barons at Runnymede in 1215 told a king he wasn’t above the law. That moment echoes in every jury trial, every right to speak freely, every refusal to kneel to tyrants. We were born free – and we mean to stay that way. 6. Christian moral framework Even if the churches are half-empty now, the values remain: personal responsibility, charity without fanfare, treating others as you’d want to be treated, knowing right from wrong without needing a manual. That’s the Britain our grandparents recognised. 7. Unapologetic patriotism No cringing, no hand-wringing, no apologies for loving our country first. Flying the flag without shame. Putting Britain and the native British people ahead of every globalist fad. Loyalty to kin isn’t bigotry – it’s natural, normal, and necessary. 8.Remembering our history unashamedly Trafalgar. Waterloo. The Somme. The Blitz. The Industrial Revolution we gave the world. We don’t rewrite it, we don’t apologise for it, we don’t tear down statues of the men who made us. We stand tall on the shoulders of giants and say: this is what we did. This is who we are. 9.Resilience We’ve weathered Romans, Vikings, Normans, the Black Death, civil war, two world wars, rationing, the Blitz, strikes, recessions – and still made tea, cracked a joke, and got on with it. That quiet, unbreakable bloody-mindedness is in our bones. 10. We are kind and generous people – but if you upset us, we have a record to colonise We’ll give you the shirt off our back, share our last cuppa, help a stranger in the rain. But push us too far, threaten our home, our kin, our way of life – and history shows what happens next. A small island that has survived a thousand years of invasions. We built the largest empire the world has ever seen, sailed every ocean, and planted our flag where none had flown before. Underestimate that at your peril. This is what the native British people actually are – forged over centuries in rain, hardship, humour, generosity, and iron resolve. Britain survives mass immigration the same way we’ve always survived invasion: We defend our island at any cost. Time to remember who the hell we are — and prove to the world Britain isn’t finished. You either fight, or you die. - Elon Musk.

Restore Britain is under brutal assault by the establishment. Listen to me when I say this - they want us gone. Everything will be thrown at us - false allegations, dishonest polling, media hysteria, vile personal attacks. They’ve already tried to put me in prison. It will all keep coming and coming. It is going to get a lot worse, the more support we gain. The establishment is getting very nasty with us. Good. It shows we are making progress. Ask yourself why? Why do they want to destroy us? Why do they react with such fury whenever ordinary British people begin organising outside their control? Because Restore Britain is not going to merely reform the establishment - we are going to destroy it. The system will be dismantled, the state will be torn apart and rebuilt as one that serves the people it always should have done - the British people. The permanent Westminster machine that has grown rich and comfortable while Britain became poorer, weaker, more divided and less safe is biting back. Is that any surprise? All-powerful bureaucrats who have lived the most comfortable life for decades in shadowy Westminster corridors will have it all taken from them. Many will even go to prison. That’s what will happen if Restore Britain takes power. They do not want that. They will do everything to stop that from happening. We are already seeing it. Reform, the Tories, Labour. With them, it all continues - their club is safe. Different slogans. Same people. Same outcome. Same decline. Is it any wonder they hate Restore Britain so much? The establishment understands it can accept a turquoise blue. Control it, use it. They know they can’t with Restore Britain, and that is why they want us removed. Because we are not here to ‘reform’. It is too late for that. The country is too far gone. The old political consensus is dead. The system has failed too many people, in too many places, for too long. We are here to restore Britain itself its borders, its safety, its confidence, its freedoms, its competence, its sense of who we are. And no amount of smears or intimidation will stop us doing that. Makerfield will show Britain the way. If you want change. And I mean real change, radical change, unprecedented change. Join us. Join the party. Join Restore Britain. Get your country back.

Dorian Yates says 6 minutes on an air bike does the same thing as 45 minutes of cardio. If you've been killing yourself on the treadmill for an hour every morning hoping to get leaner, Yates wants you to know there's a faster way. He's the six-time Mr. Olympia who uses the air bike for cardio because it engages every muscle in your body at once, including your push, pull, and legs. His protocol is a 1-minute warmup, followed by 3 rounds of 20-second all-out sprints with 1 minute of rest between each. Total time: 6 minutes. A study cited in the book One Minute Cardio compared this exact protocol to 45 minutes of steady-state cardio. The results were more or less the same. The cardio industry built itself on the assumption that more time equals more fat loss. That assumption has never matched the data. — Dorian Yates (@Dorian_Yates) on the Huberman Lab (@hubermanlab) podcast. Chris Paul says you can become stressed just thinking about being stressed. He says the worst gut issues of his career weren't caused by food. They were caused by stress. What Paul does when he feels the stress loop starting: • Gets around his family • Takes a break from work and slows down • Resets his nervous system before it spirals • Stops trying to be everything for everybody He says trying to be everything for everybody is what runs you ragged. Most people are stuck in a loop of being stressed about being stressed, and their cortisol pays the price. Not many people will tell you about the problem of sleeping on the left side so I will tell you... The problem with sleeping on the LEFT side is that the liver is located in the upper quadrant, when you sleep on the left for 6-7 hours, due to gravity, the liver can actually COMPRESS the heart - which you don't want happening Solution? Before you go to bed, obviously don't sleep on your stomach but rather SLEEP ON THE RIGHT! Watch this short and simple video below to explain why you shouldn't sleep on the left or sleep on your stomach but rather why you should ALWAYS sleep on your right - watch it 10 times if you need to:

The math behind Jesus being the Messiah is mind blowing. Here are the odds: 8 specific prophecies fulfilled by one man: 1 in 100 quadrillion 48 prophecies: 1 in 10¹⁵⁷ That’s a number beyond human comprehension. Jesus fulfilled 300–500+ Old Testament prophecies written centuries before His birth. This isn’t chance. This isn’t coincidence. The odds are literally astronomical.  Our King is the real deal.

How did the elephants know? Two days after a South African conservationist named Lawrence Anthony passed of a heart attack in 2012, two herds of wild elephants walked for twelve hours through the bush to reach his house at the Thula Thula reserve in eastern South Africa. Twenty-one animals in total, who had not been to the house in over a year, arriving on their own without anyone calling them or leading them. Lawrence was the man who’d saved them. Years earlier the herd had been marked for shooting after escaping multiple enclosures and rampaging through populated land. He took them in when no one else would, camped near them for weeks, talked to them, sang to them, slowly earning the trust of the matriarch, Nana. They had lived peacefully on his reserve ever since. They stood at his property for two days, making low rumbling calls, restless, ears flaring. Then they turned and walked back into the bush. The next year, on the anniversary of his passing, they came back. And the year after that. And the year after that. Nobody can fully explain it. Elephants communicate over long distances using infrasound, low-frequency rumbles that travel for miles below the range of human hearing. They have the largest brain of any land animal, with a memory and a capacity for grief that researchers are still trying to measure. They mourn their own dead, sometimes returning to bones years later and gently touching them. Whether what happened at Thula Thula was a herd somehow sensing the loss of a man they’d bonded with, or a coincidence reframed by grief, is something even the people who were there have stopped trying to settle. Lawrence’s wife Françoise, who was at the house when the herd arrived, has said the simplest thing about it. “Some things in this world cannot be explained by reason. Cannot be seen.”

This guy’s moment seems over now (thankfully), but just in case… What’s a dream life to him? A porn dream or a lightsaber dream. What’s a nightmare to him? Being a married father raising three glorious daughters. This is what Romans 1 calls “a debased mind” and if you’re a young man who wants to live a life of fulfillment and consequence… 1) Run as far as you can from guys like this 2) Bend your knee to Jesus 3) Read 1 chapter of the Bible and pray everyday 4) Go to church 5) Find a cute girl who loves Jesus and marry young 6) Have at least 1 more child than you think you can afford 7) Channel your energy into building / accomplishing something instead of using it to complain all the time

"Jesus in the Talmud" by Peter Schafer. This is one of the most radicalising books that I have ever read. As you know, Judaism today is rabbinic Judaism. The main moral arbiters are the rabbis. And the rabbis' main source of learning is the Talmud. It was a shock to learn what the Talmud says about Jesus and the Holy Family. God forgive me for repeating these blasphemies and calumnies, but, it is absolutely critical for modern Christians to learn how traditional Judaism thinks of Our Lord. Rabbinic Judaism claims in the Talmud that: 1. the Blessed Virgin Mary was a prostitute, that St Joseph was a cuckold, that Jesus' father was one Pandera/Pantera, a Roman solider, and that Jesus was conceived when the Virgin Mary was menstruating. In doing so, they deny any connection between Jesus and David, impinge on the honour of the Virgin Mary, deny that Jesus, as a bastard, could be a true Jew, and pave the way for the next accusation, namely, that 2. Jesus had relations with Mary Magdalene. They essentially repeat the claims that were made by the Pharisees against Jesus Christ in the New Testament, that he would spend time with sinners. Rather than being a model of obedience to God the Father in all things, trying to lead sinners to salvation, God the Son, was, according to the Talmud, just a degenerate. It is a natural consequence of his birth as a bastard. Not only that, Jesus would also comment on his betters' morality, showing that he was also a hypocrite. 3. Jesus was a bad student and sometime Torah teacher who chose to worship a stone, as well as blaspheming and calling himself God. Jesus is accused of leading Jews to idolatry. This makes him the worst person in Jewish history, comparable only to the likes of Titus, who destroyed the Temple, and Balaam, who led Israel astray into the worship of the Ba'al of Peor. 4. Like Titus and Balaam, Jesus, according to the Talmud, is punished forever - not just 12 months as others are - and his punishment is to sit in boiling excrement. This, the author Peter Schafer speculates, is because Jesus said that it is not what enters the body that defiles, but what comes out of the heart that defiles. This the rabbis saw as an attack on Jewish dietary laws, and so, they believed that the appropriate punishment is to be in what comes out of the body, to teach Jesus that what goes into the body must be ritually pure. 5. Jesus Christ, the Talmud teaches, was a sorcerer. His name does heal, and there is no doubt in the power and efficacy of his magic. But the issue is that it does not come from rabbinic authority, and, as explained in the Talmud's story about Rabbi Eliezer, even a voice from heaven itself is not enough to challenge rabbinic authority. So, the Jews do believe that the name of Jesus heals, but, that doesn't change anything in their view. 6. Jesus was rightly executed for blasphemy, according to the Talmud. He had it coming. The rabbis guard the Torah, and, Jesus, by explaining it and completing it, and claiming its rules are no longer necessary, is a blasphemer, a heretic, an idolater, and one who leads others into heresy and idolatry. He received the correct punishment, and his followers were given 40 days to present witnesses to defend him, but none came. 7. It is better for a man or even a beloved grandson to die than to be healed by the name of Jesus. A grandson who dies loses his life, but has a part in the world to come. A grandson who is healed by the name of Jesus gains this life, but has no part in the world to come. Think for a second about the kind of vociferous hatred being expressed. Being healed by Jesus, according to the Talmud, leads to damnation. I am genuinely shocked. Just reading Jesus in secular terms, nothing that he said or taught would justify this rabid rabbinic rage. I really never want to hear the phrase Judeo-Christian values ever again. It's clearly a tool for manipulation. No one who hates Jesus like this shares my values.

Exactly what I expected - religions encompassing 'alien revelations' to support their narratives. The biblical 'fallen angels and Nephilim' are expressions of the force that created our simulated reality while the perceived religious 'god' is that SAME FORCE. Religions were created to close minds and divide and rule, but also to worship the deeply distorted state of consciousness behind the simulation and human control. Worship creates an energetic connection to that which is worshipped and allows our energy to be trawled. Energy flows where attention goes and worship is a highly focused state of attention. This is why religion demands that the fake 'god' be feared and obeyed and why the Old Testament 'god', for example, is a bloodthirsty psychopathic tyrant. The 'god' (Infinite Awareness) that the religious THINK they are worshipping is really the state of consciousness beyond the frequency walls of the virtual reality simulation and we are all part of that awareness. We've just forgotten and been constantly encouraged to forget. To say we are expressions of Infinite Awareness (‘God’) is considered 'blasphemy' by most religions because the fake 'god' of religion doesn't want us to know who and what we really are. It wants us to believe that we are only Ethel on the checkout, Bill down the call centre, or subject to the constant judgement of the biblical 'god'. We are not and never have been, but control is instigated by diminishing our sense of power and self-identity by making us believe that we are. It's all a perceptual scam. See The Road Map.

There is no shortcut to strength and this is why most men are weak. they want muscle without the tearing, they want wisdom without the years of being stupid, they want God without the desert. the body does not lie. you cannot fake a squat, you cannot charm a deadlift. the weight does not care about your story or your childhood or your excuse, it is just there and either you move it or you dont. and in that moment every lie you told yourself that week dies, because iron does not negotiate. iron is a prophet that only speaks one word, truth. and every rep is true and every set is true. and when you finally walk out of that room you are cleaner than you were when you walked in, because you are more honest. the weight took the lies out of you

The fry-up has been quietly demoted, over the last forty years, from a daily British breakfast to a Saturday indulgence. A hangover meal. A guilty pleasure. The kind of thing you order in a Wetherspoons at half past eleven on a Sunday with a slightly apologetic look at the waitress, on the understanding that you will be having a salad for dinner to make up for it. Your nutrition app flags it. Your doctor sighs at it. The newspaper runs an article every six months explaining that it will kill you. This is one of the great practical jokes of modern British life. The traditional Full English is one of the most nutritionally complete breakfasts a human being can sit down to. Two eggs from a hen that scratched about in a back garden, eating grubs and kitchen scraps. Complete protein, choline, B12, vitamin D, the whole fat-soluble suite delivered in a yolk the colour of a marigold. Two rashers of dry-cured back bacon from a Wiltshire pig. Stable saturated fat, B vitamins, selenium. A pork sausage made that morning with three ingredients by the village butcher. A grilled tomato. Mushrooms cooked in the bacon fat. Black pudding for the iron. A slice of fried bread. A pot of tea strong enough to stand a teaspoon in. This breakfast fuelled the men who dug the coal, laid the railways, fished the North Sea, and walked twelve miles a day delivering the post. Their cardiovascular disease rate was a fraction of ours. Their diabetes rate was a rounding error. Their obesity rate was zero. Then sometime around 1985 we were told this breakfast was killing us. We were instructed, by people in offices, to switch to a bowl of corn flakes with skimmed milk. To a yoghurt with fourteen ingredients. To an oat milk latte. To a green smoothie containing more sugar than a can of Coke. The cardiovascular disease rates climbed. The diabetes rates climbed. The obesity rates climbed. The breakfast did not change. The advice did. The advice was wrong. A plate of eggs, bacon, sausage, and black pudding will outperform any breakfast designed by a wellness brand in a Shoreditch office. It costs less. It contains no seed oil. It has been keeping the British upright since the Iron Age. Your grandfather did not feel guilty about his breakfast. He had bigger things to worry about. So do you. Eat it on a Tuesday. Without apologising.
