Trauma isn’t a pass for bad behavior. We’re all responsible for owning the role we play. If someone’s behavior is unsafe, our role is to protect ourselves. We aren’t here to rescue adults from themselves.

People often forget that tolerance is a TWO way street. And it's not the same thing as acceptance, support, nor celebration. Most people are not bigots nor hateful. But they have boundaries and their own rights and desire to be left alone too.

if you knew how tough it was, and how long it took some people to recover their mental health, and happiness again, you'd understand why they shut their doors at the slightest sniff of toxicity, and also why they're picky af about who they allow in their lives.

Practice telling the full truth of how you feel even when you cringe, even when you’re uncomfortable. Make honesty your core value, no matter what. Attracting honest people into your life requires you to do the same— even when it doesn’t feel good.

Men & women are not equal. But we have equally important roles. We are complimentary opposites. Without each other, we can’t reach our full potential.

There is a human tendency to judge a large group of people based on the WORST individuals within it. This has caused problems through all of history and continues to every day. Sadly, nobody is immune to falling prey to this bias at times.

If it feels like there is a war on men, a war on women, a war on children, a war on each religion, and a war on every racial demographic ALL HAPPENING SIMULTANEOUSLY then that is intentional. Having people get along and not feel victimised is bad for 'business'.

Women multiply what you give them. You give her sperm & she makes a baby. You give her groceries & she makes a meal. You give her a house & she makes it a home. However, if you make her life hard, she’ll make you miserable. Men are the foundation of the relationship.
