@WizardNag Fingers crossed, they were a beautiful learning experience 🫡

Well, I searched each game and saw low numbers of reviews even. It just seems like it didn't get to enough people to review nor pass around or talk about. I am Searching Media channels for it next to see how we were suppose to hear about it.
Out side of that I am scanning through the games and these Psychological Horror games end up just Being with a few jump scares some basic story barely told and just have to find a key or item and open doors and boom you beat the game. Then most are just reading a lot of words like novels instead of voices. Scanning your trailers these do not appear to be like those. So more interested to check out now.
Sorry that's just how my brain works after playing so many games. ;-) . I analyze and compare to see why games would or wouldn't stand out from others.
English

@WizardNag Thank you, this is immense support! And yeah, beats me honestly... as two devs we're doing our best to showcase it wherever we can.
English

So here's my issue...I haven't heard of any of these to check them out and I been communicating with some of the publishers they are listed as. Not even as a streamer when first released.
So from my side I see the issue is I nor anyone in my community haven't heard of them.
How do we fix that? is that just a marketing thing?
I didn't notice any of them in the content creator sites getting the games to stream nor have I noticed them to buy.
Sorry just thinking out loud to see if any of that may be the issue.
Can we as streamers help these get more known? I see a lot of indie dev games just not getting noticed even if good. How can we fix this?

@MystiveDev I feel you, Keep at it! You got this. Games all look awesome dude💪
English

@tian_vo Thanks!! If you're a fan of games such as Silent Hill 1-3, Cry of Fear, it'll be right down your alley.
English

@MystiveDev I'm looking for new content aince I ditched ARC Raiders, so I'll have a look around your work.
Thanks for speaking out. 😁

Passion takes dedication and sacrifice.

6 years making games. 3 full-time. No breakout hit yet. No overnight success. Sacrifices people don't see: friendships, time, parts of our lives. 5 games shipped: Alan Sharp Santa Fell in the Wrong House Mirror Forge Chasmal Fear Saint of Chains Still here. Still building.
English

@lazyoldgamr Thank you, really appreciate it! Yeah, it's a crowded space but we’re pushing forward.
English

@MystiveDev Keep it up, almost 10k games are releasing every year on steam.
English

@yt_boundless @Sheens987 Thanks Boundless! Atmosphere and pacing were really important to us for Saint of Chains.
English

@Sheens987 @MystiveDev Strongly recommend. It has great atmosphere and doesnt really waste the players time.
English

@thevicmendoza Thank you! 🫡 Being our first game as full-time indies, this game has a special place in our hearts!
English

@MystiveDev Just added Saint of Chains to my wishlist and I'm looking forward to it releasing 🥰
English

@HausOfKlaus Damn that’s rough! Fingers crossed man!
English

50 years making games, since age 16.
Too many to list, a few No.1 hits, one award.
Average salary, never paid royalties.
Went Indie in 2011, 4 games shipped:
Surveillant (iOS).
Go Robo! (iOS)
Separation (PSVR)
Haus Of Klaus (Quest 2/3)
None earned enough to pay the rent.
Diagnosed with terminal cancer 2025.
Still fighting, still hoping.
English

@Sheens987 Exactly, except most of our games range between 4-7 hours of gameplay. The coffee drinking and late nights are real 🤣
English

@MystiveDev I think that is biggest advantage when making small games. You don't know what people enjoy or don't until you get feedback and plus you get faster . Looking forward to the new one.
English

@TheGamerSection Worth a try… if you like getting scared 😄 It’s a bit older game, but helped us a lot in making our latest one, Saint of Chains, as terrifying as possible.
English

@MystiveDev Never got a chance to play Mirror Forge.
English

@SirDunksie Appreciate that a lot 😂
Glad it got you! Well, next ones won’t go any easier on you, especially Saint of Chains which I’d say is DEMONIC scary
English

@MystiveDev Really enjoyed Mirror Forge when I played that, bunch of jumpscares I endured😂You're doing an excellent job, keep it up!!
English

@Landry_GD Thanks! Means a lot.
It hasn’t been easy, but seeing the games out there makes it worth it.
English

@Sheens987 Appreciate it 🙏
Learned more from each release than anything else. Love the learning and realizing what players love!
English

@MystiveDev I say a lot of learning and growth with each game. Congratulations on making 5 games.
English

@MystiveDev Ya know I’ve not played any of your past games, but I’m gonna take a look now.
English

@Zzsark Absolutely worth it. And yes, you can. By worth it, sometimes you'll work 18 hours a day, you'll do stuff you don't like at all (eg. market data analysis), but at the end of the day, if you love this, it feels like you found your life purpose.
English

@MystiveDev Was it worth it? Is it worth it? Can you live with the payment of indie developing?
I'm asking this with genuine curiosity.
