@amazon I am very disappointed in your customer service your agents and supervisors have dealt with my issue in a very unprofessional manner I’ve been hung up on 4 times and none of them would provide me with their names or ID I am a prime member and now I will close my account

@AmazonHelp My package was damaged while out for delivery my order was paid for with a $20 courtesy credit due to an issue with a previous order I was told Amazon would make a one time exception and give me a new credit and none of agents will help I’ve been hung up on multiple times

@amazon your customer service sucks and after being a prime member for over 10 years I will be closing my account your agents give false information and everyone says something different in regards to the same issue very very sad Amazon has gone down hill.

@AmazonHelp I did and was advised by amazons reps if the seller did not respond within 48hrs Amazon would proceed with the cancellation and refund but that did not happen different agents telling me different things some which was false information

@AmazonHelp I made a purchase from an outside seller that I wanted to cancel the same day I placed the order and I was told to contact the seller and if no response in 48 hours Amazon would cancel it he order and refund me well that didn’t happen and I was told something different today
