If the Wiz miss the playoffs this szn how do they improve in the offseason? They can’t trade their 23 FRP bc of the obligations they owe from the Russ/Wall trade. They won’t have enough cap space to be a player in FA. It’s really playoffs or bust this yr for the middle build.

You do what it takes to build a team that can compete for a championship down the line Those rough years led to several years of being competitive, because we got young talent that gave the team a direction - which is all we ask for

@NBAwizardry @WillCIayton But is the fanbase patient enough for a full on tank? That is not a guarantee by any means. 2008-2012 were 19 to 29 win rough years. And the fans were not supportive during this era. Ted understands this.
