Jair played a great game for the @MACoaches South All-Stars today in Brandon. The game ended in a 2-2 draw. We are so proud of you, 15! 🐯⚽️

▪️The boys game ended 2-1 with Isaac Vance scoring the first goal of the match. The games consisted of the top players in the state (9th-12th) from Hattiesburg to Jackson from all classifications. 🐯⚽️⭐️ #nejproud

The Tigers shone bright on the big stage last night! 60% of the goals scored in the @CentralMSSoccer All-Star Games were scored by @NEJSoccer. ▪️The girls’ game ended in a 1-1 tie with a 1st half goal by Cally Lewis. Ember Johnson scored the equalizer in the 2nd half.

During practice, selfless teammates will momentarily put aside their friendships & compete against each other because they care about the team’s success in competition! Practice the way you play! It’s never personal. It’s just necessary for real preparation. Competing IS caring!

The assistant referee (who is barely off screen directly in front of the play) said, “Your player took a dive before he was fouled. He should have stayed up for another second.” I mean, maybe he had just never seen TWO players foul an opponent in the box simultaneously?

Our girls’ season came to an end Monday in the 2nd round of the playoffs as they fell to a tough, fast Pass Christian team by a score of 1-0. Though the result is disappointing, we are super proud of each girl’s development this season. We have a new banner to hang! 🐯⚽️

The Tigers have their season come to an end in double OT against a really good Pass Christian team in the 2nd round of the playoffs.

Our boys team won their 1st round playoff game tonight in “The Jungle” over Purvis by a score of 4-0! Big congratulations to them! They will travel to Pass Christian on Tuesday at 6PM! 🐯⚽️

Huge congratulations to the Lady Tigers! They have won their 1st district championship since 2015! They defeated Sumrall Friday night by a score of 1-0 to remain unbeaten in Region 5-4A. 🐯⚽️🥇
