I can see my boat from here. Woodbridge in Suffolk right now. What a gorgeous place this is. I shall be exploring this area a lot over the coming months. Sutton Hoo is just over to the left. I definitely have to visit that. The sound of oystercatchers and a view of boats. Perfect

Just been out on my ‘new’ sailing boat. The guy I’ve bought it off, who’s owned it since brand new in 1981, took me for a sail to show me how it all works. What a blooming perfect way to spend time, sailing along the beautiful River Deben from Woodbridge. I shall now go to a pub to celebrate.

To be completely fair to me, at least a small part of my reasoning is that it had bounced between $0.70 and $1.00 a few times, so I figured I'd sell the next time it hit $1 and maybe buy back in when it dropped. Before I knew it, I'd sold at $1.05 and it was up to $12. Next thing I knew, it shot up to $12. I was confident that was the top, so no reason to ever think about buying back in. Then it shot up to $2,000. FML

Mornin’. And on this Bank Holiday morning I’m here, in a really very pleasant train station waiting room. The astute observers amongst you will have noticed that there’s a life jacket on the bench. It’s mine. I’m on my way to pick up the sailing yacht I’ve bought. When I say yacht, I want you to try to keep your expectations of what that means under control. It is a very small yacht, but as I’ve been saying to women for many years; size isn’t everything.
