Would prefer to thank teachers by recognising their professionalism and dedication by paying them fairly for their 55.5 hour avg week, managing out of control workloads, and preventing any more of the 81% the @NEUnion found were considering leaving teaching from doing so.

I hope @DamianHinds and @NickGibbUK take note and stand up for our educators and children’s future. Our schools need funding in real terms that keeps up with the costs they face. We can’t keep losing valuable staff.
