Very disappointing experience at NEXA Dwarka Sector 8 today. Reached at 9:40 AM for my Brezza’s second service and waited more than 2 hours without even getting a service advisor assigned. No communication, no updates, nothing. Expected much better from NEXA. @NEXAExperience

Major parts are missing, rusted parts being sold and installed, repeated failures. This is completely unacceptable from U. Pls look into this immediately, failing which I will be compelled to approach the consumer court and raise this issue publicly @NexaExperience @Maruti_Corp

disappointed @NexaExperience and @Maruti_Corp. Booked an XL6 Zeta AT Black with Indus Motors @IndusNexa @Indus_Motor (Pattom - Trivandrum Branch) a month ago and paid the advance, but still no VIN details.Even worse? The Maruti website won't let me submit a formal complaint

@NexaExperience Nexa Prem Motors, Guna: My experience here was extremely poor. Despite pre-booking, I was not allotted a slot. The staff's behavior was abysmal, and the issue remained unresolved even after complaining to the manager; consequently, I had to take the car back home.

Dear @NexaExperience @Maruti_Corp Had a very disappointing experience at the service center. During recent regular service, my car’s paint & polish got damaged, and there are paint drops clearly visible on the front windshield. This shows complete negligence & poor quality work.

Very disappointing experience with RaviratnaMotorsNexa Bharuch. I had selected and paid for a specific registration number for my new car, but a completely different number has been allotted without my consent. This is unacceptable and shows poor coordination and accountability
