Very disappointing experience at NEXA Dwarka Sector 8 today. Reached at 9:40 AM for my Brezza’s second service and waited more than 2 hours without even getting a service advisor assigned. No communication, no updates, nothing. Expected much better from NEXA. @NEXAExperience

Got ACT WiFi installed on 5 April 2026 and paid ~₹1700 for a 3-month plan via agent Mukesh (9015298187). Now on 16 April, my connection is already SUSPENDED due to recharge expiry. This is unacceptable. Please check, restore my connection ASAP, and take action. @ACTFibernet

Ordered via Flipkart Minutes at 11:56 PM with a promised delivery time of 4 minutes. It's now 12:08 AM and still no delivery or proper update. Order ID: OD437200967864097200 @Flipkart this is unacceptable. Why make false promises about delivery time? Please resolve this.

@royalenfield First they took extra money, didn’t provide the correct bill at the time of payment, and when I questioned it, their service advisor casually told me to “visit and collect the extra money”. Is this how customers are treated? Please look into this unfair billing & behaviour

Pathetic experience at Royal Enfield Dabri Service Center, New Delhi. Waited 6+ hours for my Meteor 350 service and paid ₹4355, but the staff refused to give the invoice saying “system error”. Same issue happened in my previous service too. Please resolve this @royalenfield

@royalenfield Very disappointing experience with @royalenfield service. I serviced my bike and was given an invoice of ₹2804 and AMC receipt of ₹1449 (Total ₹4253). However, I was charged ₹4355 without any explanation. Why are customers being overcharged? This looks like unfair billing.

@royalenfield It has been more than 24 hours since this response but I have not received any call, message, or email from your concerned team. My issue is still unresolved and I have still not received the service invoice for the payment of ₹4355 from the Dabri Service Center, New Delhi.

@BorzoIndia Main Borzo delivery partner hoon. Order #57521 maine pick kiya tha, lekin Borzo agent Aman ne bina meri galti ke order withdraw kar diya aur upar se ₹50 penalty bhi kaat li. Ye bilkul unfair hai. Delivery partner ka time, fuel aur effort waste hota hai.
