@JuneAmeika @qatarairways I can cancel online, but it I can only get a partial refund. Qatar says that since my flight in April is not cancelled yet, I can’t get a full refund which includes the seat and lounge in Doha. Check online and click on Manage My Trip to see if you can get a full refund.

@qatarairways How about getting the IT dept to program the app so anyone wishing to cancel with refund can do so immediately. This would free up staff to assist passengers who wish to rebook. I cannot cancel with the app as I booked w/Qatar Airways Holidays - but can view my trip on the app
