Hi @united…need a little help. Flew from PSP to Florida yesterday and none of my bags arrived. Kind of need them to play in the @MiamiOpen 😉….can you help?
English

@Bluntz_Capital Been saying this to friends. Fell for the silver fakeout during Covid but went heavy around 45-50. Haven’t felt much of anything with this entire move after holding wif from 2m mc
English

how it started, vs how its going
been wild ride in #silver of the last few years, and still to this day am forever thankful for crypto giving real world cycle experience in the hyperbolic time chamber.
every other asset class has cycles that take infinitely more time to play out so you dont learn as quick.
crypto is goated for that.

Bluntz@Bluntz_Capital
you know what the best part about being in crypto is? you get to experience mkt cycles on steroids played on 10X fast forward that you can learn to recognise in other asset classes that dont move as fast, who else is rdy for the decade long metals bull run #BTC #XAGUSD #silver

Not every shadow is a cavity but not gonna get into that. Lots of times with the uppers, they’ll erupt but be angled off to the side or angled towards the back of the mouth due to space. Again hard to clean and youll often see cavities on top and the side of the tooth. Ext is the easiest option cause chances are ppl won’t change their habits and the same issues will arise again after a filling for the same reasons
English

@NFTeed @newstart_2024 There’s a shadow on the upper left gingival third of the wisdom too as well, maybe even that has to go. Doesn’t really make sense filling that and especially where it’s located.
English

Just watched a 3-minute clip that legitimately made me go “wait… what?!” Guy drops a complete bomb about wisdom teeth:
He says ~95% of all extractions are totally unnecessary… and the hidden reason they’re pushed so hard has zero to do with your jaw and everything to do with blocking your pineal gland & heart energy lines.
Yeah, it sounds insane… but hear him out.
English

Yeah all the issues I mentioned are superrrrr common to see down the line. It’s a balancing act between preventative vs necessity. Anyone who’s gone through wisdom/any tooth pain will say it’s some of the worst pain they’ve been through. Every case is different ofc but it’s not some big conspiracy that a lot of ppl think it is. At the end of the day no dentist can force you to do anything
English

@NFTeed @newstart_2024 I was told I didn't have space when I was young, but I did! They said my teeth would impact, but I only struggle putting floss b/t one pair of teeth. I wish everyone did have the education and ability, like you said! Guess it's just "easier" to get them pulled for those people.
English

Yeah tough to predict when they’re unerupted, but more so with overall skeletal/jaw growth. Being told you don’t have space when you’re young/teens is always gonna be true, but what we can’t predict is how everything else will grow. If only all my patients listened and maintained like you! A 3rd set of molars is great to have, but not everyone has the discipline to properly care for them
English

@NFTeed @newstart_2024 As a multi-racial person, including African descent, they said I didn't have space for them. They all grew in straight. Agreed, mine were painful growing in and they've had cavities before, but once I learned to clean and maintain them correctly the problems never occurred again
English

@TearsDefi @newstart_2024 It won’t straighten out completely without orthodontics. It’ll erupt to a certain point, most likely still with a forward tilt, but will usually stop if/when it starts contacting against the opposing upper tooth
English

@NFTeed @newstart_2024 I think thats whats happening now honestly. Dentist told me it'll never straighten up, this was a few years ago. Fast forward to now, it clearly carried on growing, punctured the molar next to it and now I think its still growing out. Haha.
English

@Kitt_uranus @newstart_2024 Probably the most common cause with partially erupted wisdoms. Gums are “flappy” which leads to food impaction and painful gum swelling. Options here are either cutting the gums away or extraction, depending on what the tooth looks like

English

@NFTeed @newstart_2024 my wisdom tooth has surfaced but is literally sideways. next dentist appointment im gonna see about removal. its not the impact, its the germs and food getting trapped, causing issues later on
English

No issues if they fully erupt and you have good hygiene. Can always take them out if a problem arises, I watch a lot of these. The reason why you hear it often when you’re young is because your jawbone is softer and tooth isn’t fully developed. Taking out impacted wisdom teeth with roots in close proximity to the nerves increase risk of nerve damage. Also increased risk of jaw fracture especially in older patients.
English

@voyeurs_spirit @newstart_2024 Yes of course. Have done root canals and crowns on them even. Most important thing is patient education to understand why it happened and preventing it from happening again
English

@NFTeed @newstart_2024 if all grow in fine can’t you just have the cavities filled?
English

Many African American patients are blessed with having the space to accommodate full eruption of wisdom teeth. No issues with filling them, but education is super important in understanding why the cavity developed in the first place and preventing it from happening again. The problems stated are very common to see with unerupted or partially erupted teeth
English

@NFTeed @newstart_2024 My x-ray looked just like this (except with all 4) and they all grew in straight. They are more difficult to clean because they're deeper grooves, but you learn to clean them correctly just like the other teeth. I say the concerns you mention aren't a problem until they are one.
English

If you lose a molar for a prolonged period, you’ll start seeing supraeruption of your opposing teeth as there’s no “stop” keeping them in place. The jawbone supports the roots of the teeth, but when teeth are gone that bone will remodel and shrink, which may make any permanent tooth replacement (implant) more complicated. Your molars are bigger teeth designed to chew and break down food, lose those and your smaller teeth now take up that load leading to chipping and wear

English

@NFTeed @newstart_2024 Great image. Anyone want to elaborate what will happen to the person’s jaw over the next 30 yrs from having multiple molar teeth amputated? Sure just leave the wise teeth alone because they aren’t “hurting or anything”……. Yet. Imbeciles walking on railroad tracks.
