@FabrizoRomando It’s a difficult one as it depends on a lot of variables for the deal etc. If we say fully diluted 38M shares $80M/year Mo I Rana contract 15 years strong sovereign tenant 70% of that value to account for risk brings me to $840M $22/share fair value

$VIVO SEC June investor presentation update released June 23rd. "to be used by the Company in meetings with stakeholders spanning the data center, AI, financial, and sovereign nation communities".  Wording also updated from Early June targets to June 30th deadline. Could be the last good chance to buy here.
