@curryspcworld hi, I pre ordered a PS5 & paid a sml deposit. I was told I would receive an email when it was in stock to collect & pay. I came to the store & was told I needed to pay before lockdown. I never received this email and can’t get PS5 😡 awful customer service!!!!!

@TeamKnowhowUK Why have you decided to keep my £5 deposit of the PS5 when your email states you will hold it until after lockdown? Customer service says I have forfeited both the console and my £5.
@curryspcworld Why are your customer service department telling me that the £5 in store pre order I paid is now forfeit? I was unable to get into store to pay in full at your last moment request, but was told it would be held for 2 weeks!
