🚨 New NICE data reveals a stark reality—nearly 99% of the 18.6M illegal aliens in the U.S. continue to roam free, even 120 days into the Trump administration. Despite a 21% increase in ICE detainees. Only 1.26% are detained or tracked (49,005 in facilities, 184,899 enrolled in GPS monitoring). Even if Congress quadrupled ICE detention beds to 200k via reconciliation, it would only raise that to 2.1%. Todd Lyons is doing all he can, but resource constraints are the core issue. Bafflingly, with WH approval, House Republicans chose to go $30B below the $110B ICE could have received—resulting in a 100k bed total. When the money hits, WH/DHS must allow Todd and co. to go beyond criminal aliens—600k are roaming free—but the have a non-detained docket nearing 8M, and 1.4M final orders of removal. Final orders must be prioritized alongside criminals, setting a 2M mass deportation floor. NICE Pres. RJ Hauman: 'Congress is inching closer to a historic investment, but the bed total, tracking, and criminality prioritization won’t make a dent in a 18.6M population. We need a massive shift to deliver on a clear electoral mandate.'

Just an amazing story by Linda Qui. Not only is the @USDA acknowledging labor shortages brought on by Trump immigration policies. It is expanding temporary visas for farm workers AND lowering migrant worker pay, effectively allowing indentured service. nytimes.com/2026/03/15/us/…

Mass migration has to be met with mass deportations. If you abuse America's immigration system and break our laws--we ought to be able to prosecute you and send you back home. My SCAM Act would make that possible.

Today @TheJusticeDept secured convictions on terrorism charges for 9 members of Antifa who attacked an ICE facility in Texas. Antifa is a domestic terrorism organization. The left has let them flourish — under @POTUS Trump we are putting them in jail. justice.gov/usao-ndtx/pr/a…

Less than 72 hours after Indiana Governor Braun signed the states' new immigration enforcement law (SB76), Attorney General Todd Rokita is using it against Indianapolis Public Schools who tangled with ICE awhile back in shielding illegal immigrants.

A group of longtime Trump allies, immigration-restrictionist organizations, and hawkish policy experts has formed the Mass Deportation Coalition to lobby the Trump administration to follow through on its campaign promise of deporting all illegal immigrants. The move comes amid reports that the administration is easing away from blanket deportations as the midterm elections approach. The coalition intends to make the case that large-scale deportations would energize Republican voters while deterring future illegal immigration. The group has commissioned new polling from one of Trump’s longtime pollsters to bolster its argument that expanding deportations would help secure Republican victories in November, and plans to present the findings to White House officials, agency heads, and members of Congress. The poll, conducted by McLaughlin & Associates, found that 66% of likely 2026 voters support deporting migrants who enter the country illegally, while 58% support deporting all illegal immigrants, not just those convicted of violent crimes. "With new DHS leadership, however, the administration can better pursue mass deportations. Limiting them to "the worst of the worst" results in only hundreds of thousands of deportations, when at least 20 million deportable aliens were residing in the U.S. at the start of Trump's second term. In this Phase 2, the administration should open the aperture to significantly increase deportation numbers."
