🚨 New NICE data reveals a stark reality—nearly 99% of the 18.6M illegal aliens in the U.S. continue to roam free, even 120 days into the Trump administration. Despite a 21% increase in ICE detainees. Only 1.26% are detained or tracked (49,005 in facilities, 184,899 enrolled in GPS monitoring). Even if Congress quadrupled ICE detention beds to 200k via reconciliation, it would only raise that to 2.1%. Todd Lyons is doing all he can, but resource constraints are the core issue. Bafflingly, with WH approval, House Republicans chose to go $30B below the $110B ICE could have received—resulting in a 100k bed total. When the money hits, WH/DHS must allow Todd and co. to go beyond criminal aliens—600k are roaming free—but the have a non-detained docket nearing 8M, and 1.4M final orders of removal. Final orders must be prioritized alongside criminals, setting a 2M mass deportation floor. NICE Pres. RJ Hauman: 'Congress is inching closer to a historic investment, but the bed total, tracking, and criminality prioritization won’t make a dent in a 18.6M population. We need a massive shift to deliver on a clear electoral mandate.'

Disgraced and impeached former DHS Secretary Mayorkas gave an interview to Politico this week. Let me put this plainly: Mayorkas' goal was always to get as many people into our country as possible, whether legally, semi-legally, or illegally. He spoke about using AI to process people quickly, and how he worked to expand "legal pathways." He knows that once illegal aliens are here, it is expensive and challenging to remove them. Our immigration system turned into a worldwide joke under Mayorkas - and he still has a platform to speak as a supposed "expert"? politico.com/video/2026/05/…

Cato guy: "One in five Fairfax residents is someone who could be deported or lives with them." Totally normal that 20% of the largest county in Virginia could be deported.

The whole point of multilateral institutions is to advance the interests of sovereign nation states, but lately such institutions seem intent on undermining the very sovereignty of the nations that created them. As far as I’m aware, no country has voted for open borders/mass migration but multilateral institutions promote those policies nonetheless. Not on our watch!

Last week, the United States refused to participate in the UN’s review of the Global Compact on Migration. The United States objects to the Global Compact on Migration and UN efforts to facilitate replacement migration to the United States and our Western allies.

I think we’ve become so desensitize that we are missing some monumental moments. The state department posting about the replacement theory and remigration is one of these moments. The Overton window has shifted dramatically.
Department of State@StateDept

The United States will not legitimize global compacts that enable mass migration into America or Western nations. Under President Trump, the State Department will facilitate remigration – not replacement migration.

🚨 LMFAO! President Trump announces Tom Homan REBUFFED the proposal to rename ICE to "NICE" Looks like the change isn't happening 🤣 "They said the people that worked there didn't like the name as much. I love the name!" "I get a call from Tom Homan and he didn't like it, but everyone else liked it. I wanted to change the name of ICE, which is a tough name, you know, to NICE. So that when the fake news reports, they said it was a nice day with NICE! We spent a beautiful day with NICE!"

Preach. “For forty years, Washington has kept imported ag labor cheaper than machines. That decision has lowered wages, slowed mechanization, weakened the rural workforce, and delayed the productivity gains other countries have already captured. Now the next revolution is here. The choice is straightforward: a preindustrial labor system sustained by outdated and poor policy, or an industrial strategy worthy of a sovereign nation. We should end Big Ag’s cheap foreign labor regime. Mandate E-Verify. Phase out H-2A. Restore wage discipline. Invest in mechanization and agricultural intelligence at scale. America cannot shape the future of food while importing a labor model of the past. There is no third option.” More at @AmericanIntel_ 👇 datafortherepublic.com/articles/the-c…

Many of you have probably seen this video going around over the last week. It shows Idaho Gov. Brad Little’s former policy advisor, who is now a leading lobbyist for the Idaho agriculture sector, saying that American workers are “unreliable.” It's insulting that those in the Governor's orbit would demean the hard working men and women who built this nation— including the very industry this lobbyist now claims to represent. Maybe they should instead work to rebuild the U.S. industrial pipeline and train up young Idahoans so they can bring innovation to our ag economy. But we have a cheap labor lobby in Idaho so powerful that people in positions of power in a Red State sound no different on immigration than an open borders liberal from California.

@scottlincicome Womp womp. Orrenius and Zavodny are the go-to cite for “interior enforcement hurts business” mini violinists. Their paper measures business churn, not American worker outcomes. A labor contractor going under when enforcement ramps up means the policy is working, not failing.

There are ~30 million illegal immigrants in the country. Deporting them requires funding ICE and finishing the border wall. But it also requires changing the incentives that keep illegal immigration economically viable. 4 things Congress should do immediately: 1. Remittance taxes and transfer restrictions 2. Mandatory E-Verify 3. No taxpayer benefits for illegal aliens 4. Federal funding cutoffs for sanctuary jurisdictions Fund ICE. Enforce consequences. Restore the rule of law.
The Washington Post@washingtonpost

Immigrants are giving up their claims for humanitarian protection and opting to depart the U.S. in exponentially higher numbers under the Trump administration, according to court data obtained by the Vera Institute of Justice and shared with The Post. wapo.st/4wmKDVS

If you care about immigration, you need to start paying attention to the race for Tennessee's 6th Congressional District. It's coming down to a two-horse race between State Representative and Corporate Laywer @JohnnyGarrett and Marine Veteran, Business Executive @henry4congress. Garrett is running as a Trump Republican. But his record in Nashville tells a more complicated story. On one hand, Garrett talks tough on illegal immigration. On the other, when the issue is legal immigration, he has repeatedly sided with a softer, faster, lower-barrier approach than the one President Trump has pursued nationally. The clearest example is Garrett’s vote for HJR 180, a resolution urging the federal government to “streamline the legal immigration process.” The amended resolution did not merely ask Washington to enforce the law. It called for “eliminating unnecessary delays, reducing bureaucratic obstacles, and lowering excessive fees for lawful applicants,” while maintaining security standards. Garrett voted yes. That posture sits awkwardly beside Trump’s current immigration agenda. The One Big Beautiful Bill, signed by Trump in 2025, moved in the opposite direction: more enforcement funding, more vetting capacity, and higher mandatory fees on multiple immigration applications. The American Immigration Council described the law as imposing “mandatory and cost-prohibitive fees” on immigration benefit applications, including a new nonimmigrant visa integrity fee and fee hikes across asylum, work authorization, parole, TPS, and other categories. Garrett’s record on foreign-trained doctors points the same way. In 2023, he voted for SB 1451/HB 1312, which created a path for international medical graduates to receive temporary licenses in Tennessee if they met state-board criteria, had foreign postgraduate training or recent foreign medical practice, and had an employment offer from a qualifying Tennessee provider. In 2026, Garrett again voted yes on SB 2366/HB 2571, expanding and refining the provisional licensing pathway for internationally trained physicians. Supporters will say these bills address a physician shortage. That may be true. But politically, the pattern is hard to ignore: Garrett has backed measures that make it easier, cheaper, and faster for foreign nationals or foreign-trained professionals to enter legal pathways into the United States workforce. Trump’s national policy, by contrast, has emphasized more scrutiny, higher costs, and more friction in the immigration system. That is the rift. Garrett is not simply “pro-enforcement.” On legal immigration, his votes show a Chamber-of-Commerce-style instinct: cut red tape, lower barriers, and open pathways for foreign labor when business or workforce needs demand it. Voters in Tennessee’s 6th District deserve to know which immigration philosophy Garrett would take to Congress: Trump’s higher-vetting, higher-cost, America-first model — or Nashville’s smoother, cheaper, faster legal-immigration lane.

Whenever Washington politicians tell you that a new bipartisan immigration bill isn’t amnesty, it’s probably amnesty. The DIGNIDAD Act is no exception. Americans voted for mass deportations. The mere suggestion of amnesty should be dead on arrival. foxnews.com/opinion/anothe…
