Predictable. Completely predictable. New Jersey comes in at 49th on the Tax Foundation’s State Tax Competitiveness Index… and families are somehow supposed to be surprised affordability is a crisis? High taxes. High costs. Low competitiveness. You don’t fix this with press conferences or executive orders. You fix it by changing the policies that got us here.
