We need clarity & we can’t have conflicting laws. But children should not be subject to criminal penalties for something that is decriminalized or legalized for adults. There are ways to disincentivize youth use without arresting kids & burdening them with criminal records.

Now, it's official.

NEW: Congressional Budget Office says the marijuana legalization bill the House passed last week would add $13.7 billion in net revenue to the federal budget.
