A year ago today, 100s of thousands of NJ’s essential temp workers won the first-ever Temp Workers Bill of Rights. The landmark law safeguards temp workers' rights & guarantees equal pay & benefits. @NJLaborDept enforcement is crucial to ensure temp worker's rights are upheld.

These agreements will help more federal projects get done on time and on budget. They'll also improve job quality for workers. Thousands of workers will feel the benefits of this new rule.
