@PaulSkallas I've been doing dead hangs every day because of your suggestion. They do feel really good, but the area right below my neck between my shoulder blades feels tweaked. I've tried hanging my head down or leaning it back, same result. Not going to stop doing them though.

Alright so last night as I was taking an injection, I took the wrong peptide and I tripled the dose that I was supposed to take of a different peptide. That’s not an argument. It’s just a lazy insult. If you want to criticize peptides, then talk about mechanisms, tissue signaling, angiogenesis, inflammation modulation, study quality, or translational limits. But dismissing everything outright only tells people you haven’t looked at the topic seriously. I had two tears in my shoulder and pain for about 6 months. Fair! I was skeptical of bpc and tb500. I was like this shit don’t work. The subtle things changed. My neck where I had c4-c6 fused wasn’t stiff and wasn’t even noticeable. Once I stopped it came back. Once I started it went away again. Wouldn’t have noticed it if I didn’t have a neck fusion though. But I like it.
