@benjamingaines @murph194 @DJJNH @ThePizzaSavior No, I started with charcoal/wood, to get a feel for the taste. Then switched to propane when I got sick of the downsides (cleanup, lack of temp control). I then had a good feel for what was most important to me.

@murph194 @DJJNH @benjamingaines @ThePizzaSavior Oh man yes!!! Charcoal/wood is wayyyyy tastier, but harder to control, and more difficult to clean. Start with charcoal and/or wood, and then swap to propane once you're used to it.

Very useful tool to make Google Meet more operational, add functionality, and remove friction. Apparently killer growth too. Check this out!!
