A1:#NutrSkills 1. List projects and tasks from school, uni and work. Pick out skills (actions) you have used to complete them. Those are your skills. 2. Think if any of these need improving, are you confident in them? 3. What are your gaps in knowledge/experience? work on those.

Our youngest has severe dyslexia & has been diligently following this reading scheme for about 4weeks, today he managed to read 7 sentences with no errors. When he finished he burst into tears, turned to us & said "I can read” this is such a milestone for him. Don't ever give up

Happy #WorldPulsesDay! 🌱 #Pulses not only taste delicious, but they're also a great choice for both you and the environment. 🧑🏾‍🤝‍🧑🏼 They are a low fat, high fibre source of protein that is full of vitamins & minerals. 🌍They have a low carbon footprint and enrich the soil.

@LynnBurnsRNutr Great advice! I keep mine in a table in word and have also categorised into conferences/ events, reading, webinars, work projects. You could also just do in chronological order ☺️

A2 Much as we intend to we don't often record our CPD directly after the event. So make CPD recording less daunting. A simple note at the time in a consistent place. Your diary/calendar, a notebook, spreadsheet. Bullet points. It helps. #NutrCPD
