This is how trading feels
Matcha🍵@eztehvibes
Brick Break Game. You just need to be patient and persistent.

@RyansTrading_ @trader_andre Tbh those accounts shine with the no profit target in funded and MLL doesn’t move when you take a payout. I haven’t used it yet but it seems easier to get to payout and easier to keep if you take small payouts early. Sounds worth to me
English

@trader_andre you paying double the price for the hope of a max payout, totally not worth it when you do ROI prop firm. but hey nobody’s stopping you. I just don’t recommend alpha anymore
English

@jaycerifit Yea. It’s not the “ideal” sim farm method but if you ever want to trade personal it’s good training

It’s been a while so here’s an update:
Just reached $2500 in payouts in 2.5 months from 1 $50k XFA.
I’ve held this account for 6 months and took me 3 months to reach buffer & payout.
My strategy isn’t to churn accounts. My goal has been to flip 1 $50k into $1M in prop funding.
Currently up to $450k
I plan to be active again so I will keep y’all updated 🫡

I keep falling into the same pattern:
Get humbled -> Go dark from socials, work my ass off, tighten up on my discipline outside of the charts, focus on faith -> See winning streak, pass accounts, secure payouts -> Grow overconfident and return to X acting like I’ve made it -> Begin seeing what others are doing on X -> Become overly absorbed in trading X and begin comparing -> Become overly attached to my own X growth -> Create unnecessary added pressure to perform in public -> Begin expecting XYZ will happen if I keep up my winning steak i.e. quit my job, travel the world, pay off debt, etc. -> Lose what got me there in cutting out distractions, being humble, working hard, being disciplined outside of the charts, prioritizing faith, having little to no pressure on my short term trading results and expecting nothing -> Go on losing streak as a result -> Repeat.
I think it’s best I become a silent but deadly market assassin.
In fact, the more I talk to others the more I find the most successful traders are the smallest and quietest accounts.
And therefore the contrary must be largely true (as we’ve seen with Brian Stonks) that the loudest are often the worst traders and straight liars and gamblers.

@PJTrades500 @Benjamin_SMC The 149 and 379 are swapped. The no activation account is 379, the activation fee on the other one is 149

@DamnGoodTrading Wish they kept the 4% drawdown. Was something that made their standard plan stand out.

Hey @Topstep @TheFuturesDesk . I was unable to trade, reset, cancel or renew my last account subscription for an old failed account.
That being said I find it extremely strange you charged me a reset fee you told me was not possible and also left me no way to complain to anyone as TFD support is non existent and Windy sucks.
Can you just send my money back since you made this little shenanigans impossible to rectify since before the merger. Thanks ka.
I would appreciate this to be handled with TFD customer support urgency and not Topstep customer support urgency.

@MichaelPatak Solid reasoning I figured it was related to margin in some way. If I tanked an acc that low I’d be happy to just clear it out as a small payout.

Live accounts start w/ between $10k upto $30k real money - if the live trader loses all that money our risk team pulls them off the account if it goes below $1,000 remaining balance. We send the remaining balance as payout. This is to avoid the account going debit below $0.

🚨@Topstep quietly nerfs its Live Program Lost in last week's max payout cap announcement, Topstep also made a change to its Live Funded MLL sometime over the past month. Now: MLL in Live Funded is now $1,000 for all account sizes. You fall below, you lose your account. Before: MLL by XFA size. 50k - $2,000, 100k - $3,000, 150k -$4,000
English

Apparently.@Topstep added $1k Maximum Loss Limit in a Live Funded Account for all account sizes.
I’m genuinely trying to understand this: “Doesn’t trail”
but includes unrealized P&L intraday
Is this:
A) Static drawdown
B) Trailing drawdown
C) Something in between

Since Alex is a baby and banned me from the STAT Discord for some reason, come hang with the "funded-chat" crew over here.

@NQWizrd @KCTrades777 Because you’ve been trading for 4 days hence you don’t know what I’m talking about
English

@KCTrades777 Yea and you can get blown out by one trump tweet, moron. And don’t say stop loss because it won’t do anything for you on a liquidity pull or grab.
English

If you have the strategy / risk management and the capital options is better than Futures. A defined loss before entering the position is way better than an infinite loss with Futures and also too much capital needed to make significant gains. Prop firms are getting worse cause they keep moving the goal post on how a trader gets paid with lot of rules.
