@Cityfevercaz @tfwrail Hi Caroline. Thanks for your comments they're appreciated. Praise is few and far between. We'll take this one as #winning Thanks for being such a great customer. See you soon. ~Sian

@reesnicholas @tfwrail Hi Nick. Thanks for your comments they're appreciated. The Cardiff to Manchester route is one of our busier 2 carriage routes. If you had booked a seat you would have struggled to get past all the standing passengers so this avoids any disappointment. ~Jan

@SlingerSue @Jordon3Jane @WelshGovernment @CardiffAirport @tfwrail Hi Sue. Thanks for your comments they're appreciated. Wrexham AFC have world famous international owners who fly by private jet into Hawarden Airport. Does this count? ~Ken
English

@Jordon3Jane @WelshGovernment @CardiffAirport @tfwrail Honestly, how can Wales attract any kind of international business?

This is the prime example of commercial operators doing their market research and having a clear direction for investment.
Looks like the @WelshGovernment @CardiffAirport and @tfwrail both have the same issue - reduced footfall. There has to be a clear strategy on how much longer the £millions are poured into schemes that are just a millstone round the necks of the people of #WALES

@coachdrivekenny @tfwrail Hi Kenny. Thanks for your comments they're appreciated. Where's the fun it that though, any idea what the last person in the whisper said the reason was? ~Simon

@wellsey1927 @MarkBarwood @tfwrail Hi Aaron. Thanks for your comments they're appreciated. You say people don't use trains. I'm sorry but this simply isn't true. Look at all the happy travellers in this picture sent in by a loyal customer. ~JP

@tfwrail £110 Cardiff to Manchester!! 2 carriages It’s taken 90 minutes to get to Cwmbran! Absolute Joke
English

@MarkBarwood @tfwrail Honestly mate it’s shocking and they wonder why people don’t use trains
English

Train delayed already, apparently it was late coming out of the depo 🤦🏼♂️ gotta love @tfwrail
English

@Markdvdman @tfwrail Hi Mark. Thanks for your comments they're appreciated. Do you have to travel today, Sunday is a day of rest. Could you rest instead? ~Jan
English

@tfwrail I know that but this line is getting hit badly on Sundays and causes me havoc with planning especially as you do not run a direct bus
English

@tfwrail so why is there bus replacements Cardiff to ponty tomorrow?? It is causing me.massive grief no wonder you are rated the worst rail provider in the UK now! It is never ending and pathetic
English

@l33f33h4n @tfwrail Hi Elv. Thanks for your comments they're appreciated. We try and provide value for money on all of our services. If you divide the cost against the minutes travelled you'll see that the cost per minute is very low. ~Trev

@dave_dog77 @AvantiWestCoast @tfwrail Hi David. Thanks for your comments they're appreciated. I'm not sure how staff can stop people stood in the rain getting wet. If you've got suggestions I'll pass them on ~Dai

@Bwlch1 @TomiCaws @UEFAEURO2028 Hi. Thanks for your comments they're appreciated. Due to the proximity of the tournament we are unable to plan for this event, we're not even certain that demand will be higher at that time so will run our normal service which should suffice. ~Jac

@pixiewoowoo @TomiCaws And as the profits are for the people there is nothing more profitable as a busy train utilising all the space available. Tickets don't equal seats. ~Ted
English

@TomiCaws If only the train company cared.. profits before people 🤬
English

@pixiewoowoo @TomiCaws Hi Pixie. Thanks for your comments they're appreciated. We're publicly owned so the profits are for the people. We use them to provide our wonderful rail service, keep ticket prices cheap, fund our NHS and pay for new road signs. #inthistogether ~Ted

@brynpritch @tfwrail @Cymru Hi Ben. Thanks for your comments they're appreciated. However;
- It's always 2.
- Rugby it's 2.
- Football it's 2.
- Concerts it's 2.
- Rush hour it's 2.
- It's been 2 for 10 years.
- It'll be 2 for 10 more.

@Cookie2698 @tfwrail Hi Rebekah. Thanks for your comments they're appreciated. Unfortunateltly a ticket doesn't equal a seat, we'd have to put more than 2 carriages on if that were the case. ~Rob
English

Utterly ridiculous from @tfwrail only two carriages from Manchester to Cardiff?! All crammed in like sardines and still letting more people on?!

English

@Golcorris @tfwrail Hi Gareth. Thanks for your comments they're appreciated. FAW/UEFA/FIFA need to shoulder some of the blame. Always blindsiding us with these last minute games. It's literally impossible to plan for ~Vic
