Hi all, I’ve managed to get back into my emails today. I waited over 24 hours since the last sign in attempt and used my laptop, changed browser and clicked forgot password prior to signing in. This worked for me. Good luck all.

@AubsCottam @Outlook @Microsoft I am stuck in the same cycle as you. Attempt to reset my password, don’t receive the code, get the try another verification method, wait another 24 hours Been like that since Saturday

@NRyan_14 @Outlook @Microsoft No it’s definitely not working. I’ve tried again this morning using a different browser and still no joy. The frustrating part is you only get 1 attempt and it locks you out for a day. I can’t try a different method until tomorrow as I’ve requested too many codes

@AubsCottam @Outlook @Microsoft They sent me a generic DM about everything is now working when it’s obviously not I’ve DM’d them again and asked for a reset code as the verification glitch hasn’t been fixed Assuming they’ll ignore this though. I’ll be doing the same as you once I finally get access again

@NRyan_14 @Outlook @Microsoft Same here. Not been able to access my account for 4 days now. Locks you out after 1 attempt to change password. Lots of important messages I’ve not able to read. Once I’m able to gain access again I’m deleting the account. @Outlook you’re pathetic!!!
