At last week's Annual Convention, NSSGA President & CEO Michele Stanley and @MSHA_DOL Assistant Secretary Wayne Palmer renewed the NSSGA–MSHA Alliance Agreement. The goal of the Alliance, which has been in place for decades, is to foster safer and more healthful working conditions for miners at aggregates operations across the country. Our partnership provides a platform for sharing best practices, promoting safety initiatives and addressing emerging challenges across the industry. During the meeting, Alliance participants discussed potential projects the group and MSHA could pursue together in the coming year. #RocksBuildAmerica
