@asda Can you advise the process of raising a complaint? Paid for delivery only for it not to update half my order. Had the same issues before but thought it might have changed a year on. Want my money back the delivery app is not fit for purpose.

Colin's friends say he’s the spitting image of Max the Gnome from the Asda Christmas advert – so they’ve teamed up to send him lots of his little likeness to cheer him up as he recovers from treatment for blood cancer. He says: “There are a lot of lovely people around.”

@bookingcom After communicating with booking com, they advise per their t&C's they won't refund me and to speak to the owner, who has ignored all of my communication. Be warned booking.com will not assist and let you book rogue holiday stays.
