Impliment E2/E3 to jto/sde ,time bound promotion to all eligible executives and only regular Dgm's no L/A.

Thank you sir @rsprasad for recognising us. We are working continously even in containment zones by taking permission from district collector or local body. BSNL employees are committed sir. But timely allotment of spectrum and infra are needed to encourage us.
